About the position
Balian Springs Self Care Social Club is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Operations to lead operational strategy and execution. The role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in Operations Management and a proven track record in senior leadership roles. The Director will work closely with ownership to drive process improvements, manage complex projects, and foster business development initiatives to enhance overall organizational performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Manage and mentor the management team to promote effective leadership practices across departments.
- Develop and implement strategic plans that drive operational efficiency, profitability, and business growth.
- Negotiate contracts and partnerships that enhance operational capabilities and support business objectives.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve the bottom line.
- Coordinate project management efforts to ensure timely completion of key initiatives while maintaining quality standards.
- Analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation and collaboration among teams.
- Seek opportunities for business growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management, with significant senior leadership experience.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly at all levels of the organization.
- Strong skills in strategic planning, project management, sales & marketing, and business development.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively and inspire others towards achieving common goals.
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies and tools.
