About the position

The Director of Operations is a strategic partner responsible for overseeing and coordinating the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve the company's operational objectives. This role focuses on enhancing business performance across retail locations, ensuring financial goals are met, and promoting a strong company culture. The Director will implement operational strategies, manage cross-functional teams, and drive process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage cross-functional teams, providing leadership and guidance to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience of 5+ years in senior leadership roles, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
  • Expertise in strategic planning and project management methodologies.
  • Strong background in operations management with a focus on process improvement.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on operational insights.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.
