About the position

The position is responsible for directing and managing the daily operations of dialysis facilities and programs within a designated area, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines. The role emphasizes high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, and the development of new business opportunities while adhering to the company's mission and values.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the dialysis business of assigned facilities, ensuring quality patient care and compliance with guidelines.
• Drive customer service standards and maintain effective relationships with internal and external customers.
• Coordinate operational strategies to ensure outstanding quality patient care and dialysis services.
• Participate in research projects and ensure staff education on new protocols.
• Prepare and review operations reports and participate in strategic planning for the area.
• Implement facility-specific quality goals to achieve RRI standards.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing departments to maximize earnings and develop new business opportunities.
• Manage staffing, including hiring, firing, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor financial performance and implement corrective action plans as needed.
• Act as the primary liaison between the company and medical professionals, ensuring effective communication.
• Participate in Joint Venture opportunities and oversee compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Healthcare preferred, or RN degree with equivalent healthcare management experience.
• 3-5 years of business operations management and leadership experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and management competencies, including financial competence and operational excellence.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in continuous quality improvement and relationship development.
