As the Director of Operations for DaVita, you will play a pivotal role in leading approximately 10 Hospital Dialysis programs across South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida, overseeing a team of around 150 teammates. This position requires a strong healthcare background and a passion for providing safe, efficient, therapeutic, and ethical patient care. You will be responsible for the complete accountability of approximately $20 million in P&L, ensuring that operational goals align with DaVita's mission and values. Your strategic and tactical leadership will guide the field management of assigned hospitals, focusing on developing and executing strategic operating plans and goals for the division. In this role, you will create a powerhouse team, inspiring approximately 10-12 direct reports to prioritize quality and compliant patient care. You will address top growth priorities, manage patient census, and lead successful operational conversions on acquisitions. Your performance will be measured by key metrics and outcomes derived from the business you inherit. Your investment in the team and the community will be paramount, as you will be expected to demonstrate success in leading a multi-site operational business, fostering a unified team, and identifying growth opportunities within your territory. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an MBA preferred, and you should be available for moderate travel (25%-50% overnight).
