About the position

The Executive Director of Operations at At Home Care Missouri is a pivotal role responsible for the overall success and operational management of the organization. This position works closely with the Chief Executive Officer to develop and implement corporate and operational strategies that align with the company's growth objectives. The Executive Director will oversee all operational aspects, including quality control, personnel management, and the optimization of internal systems and business processes. A key focus of this role is to foster positive relationships with customers and ensure high levels of satisfaction in service delivery. In this capacity, the Executive Director will manage day-to-day operations, which encompass driving business growth, marketing initiatives, recruitment and retention of staff, and ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. The role requires setting clear targets and providing direction to achieve community and regional goals, while empowering team members to contribute to overcoming challenges. The Executive Director will also be responsible for creating and maintaining efficient operational processes that align with the company's business objectives, ensuring that the organization can scale effectively in response to rapid growth. The position demands a leader who can demonstrate successful execution of business strategies and manage subordinate supervisors and employees across various offices, adhering to organizational policies and applicable laws. This role is not only about managing operations but also about inspiring and leading a team to achieve excellence in service delivery and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operating activities including driving the growth of the business, marketing, recruiting and retention, clinical and regulatory oversight, and delivery of care and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of the organization.
  • Set targets and provide direction on achieving community and regional goals, empowering individuals to be part of the solution to obstacles that stand in the way of meeting goals.
  • Create, develop, and maintain effective and efficient operational processes and systems that align with the company's business objectives.
  • Demonstrate successful execution of business strategies for company services.
  • Directly manage subordinate supervisors and employees in all offices, carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

Requirements

  • Experienced and networked in the post-acute realm or similar (Home Care, Home Health, Senior Living) required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications, public speaking, and presentation skills.
  • Solid working knowledge of fiscal management, grant writing, strategic planning, sales, community collaboration, business development, and strategic planning.
