About the position

The Director of Operations at hth companies is a key leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence and strategic alignment across the organization. This position oversees a significant business unit with over $50 million in revenue and manages a workforce of more than 300 employees across multiple states. The Director will focus on improving productivity, quality, and safety while leading client relations and business development efforts to enhance the company's presence in the industrial market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, communicate, and implement strategic direction within the Operations division.
  • Contribute to organizational strategy formulation and ensure cohesive company-wide alignment.

Requirements

  • At least eight years of industry-related experience.
