As the Director of Operations at DaVita Inc., you will play a pivotal role in leading approximately 10 Hospital Dialysis programs across South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. This position requires a strong healthcare background and a commitment to living in Columbia, SC. You will oversee operations with complete accountability for a $20 million P&L, providing strategic and tactical leadership to ensure safe, efficient, therapeutic, and ethical patient care. Your leadership will inspire approximately 150 teammates, and you will work closely with the Divisional Vice President or Senior Vice President to develop competitive strategies that align with DaVita's mission and values. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic growth opportunities while monitoring division performance. You will create a powerhouse team, inspiring your direct reports to ensure quality and compliant patient care. Your success will be measured by key metrics and outcomes driven from the business you inherit. You will develop and execute strategic operating plans and goals for the assigned division hospitals, manage financial and revenue growth, and maintain awareness of competition while working closely with hospital executives on contract negotiations.
