About the position

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the company's startup phase, including workflows, technology selection, and legal compliance.
• Manage all business aspects related to financials, budgeting, planning, operations, HR, marketing, and regulatory compliance.
• Recruit and manage a skilled team of psychiatric providers and support staff.
• Drive strategic growth initiatives and identify new market opportunities.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Healthcare Management or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in healthcare management, startup environments, psychiatry, or telemedicine.
• Proven leadership skills and a track record of operational excellence.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with E-Clinical Works.
