About the position

The Director of Operations is responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the organization. This role involves providing leadership to department heads, monitoring operational performance, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The Director will also oversee facility management and contribute to strategic planning initiatives aimed at business growth.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Manage budgets, financial forecasts, and resource allocation to optimize operational performance.

• Oversee facility management, maintenance, and safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and maintain quality standards.
• Lead and support the training and development of operational staff.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion, contributing to strategic planning initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in a senior leadership role overseeing operations.
• Strong financial acumen and budget management skills.
• Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective leadership and team management skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a similar industry or organization is preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics.
