About the position

The Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational excellence of dental offices, ensuring optimal patient care and service. This role involves leading day-to-day operations, driving performance and growth, and creating a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee comprehensive dental office leadership, understanding all aspects of running a dental office.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives for efficiency and profitability.
  • Provide leadership to office leaders and staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Ensure financial stability through sound budget management and financial analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and conduct regular audits for quality assurance.
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement streamlined processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in dental office management or operations leadership.
  • Strong understanding of budgets, P&L, expenses, payroll, and patient scheduling utilization.
  • Exceptional numerical aptitude and analytical skills.
  • Experience with various Practice Management Software.
  • Ability to lead and develop teams effectively.
