Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of restaurant locations
  • Drive operational excellence and enhance guest satisfaction
  • Lead and manage the restaurant team to achieve strategic goals
  • Ensure high standards of food quality and service
  • Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures
  • Manage budgets and financial performance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
  • Conduct regular staff training and performance evaluations
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in restaurant management
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
