DaVita is a dynamic and entrepreneurial organization seeking an ambitious and experienced leader to guide the regional operations for the Greater Milwaukee area. This role involves managing a portfolio of 10-15 outpatient dialysis clinics, overseeing approximately 200 indirect teammates, and being accountable for a P&L of around $50 million. The position is open to applicants located throughout greater Wisconsin, including Milwaukee, Madison, Green Bay, and Racine. The Regional Operations Director (ROD) will report to a Division Vice President and will be responsible for driving all aspects of the region's operating business, including team development, clinical outcomes, financial management, and ongoing growth, all while honoring DaVita's seven Core Values. As a key member of DaVita's field management team, the ROD will work closely with the Divisional Vice President to develop competitive strategies that align with DaVita's mission and values. The role requires a focus on culture, team development, clinical outcomes, P&L management, growth, and ongoing business development. The ROD will lead the Big 4 initiatives: Clinical, People, Operations, and Growth, and will be expected to drive a socially responsible business model that serves as a role model for American healthcare.
