About the position

The Director of Operations & Culinary Excellence is a leadership role within a dynamic hospitality group, responsible for overseeing operations and culinary management across multiple locations. The position focuses on ensuring exceptional quality, consistency, and growth while driving profitability through strategic operational initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline efficiency and drive profitability.
  • Oversee and manage culinary programs, including menu development, product innovation, and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with kitchen teams to maintain and enhance culinary standards.
  • Monitor and manage budgets, labor costs, and inventory control.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team to achieve company goals and sustain a positive work culture.
  • Identify and act on growth opportunities, including new initiatives, partnerships, and market trends.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in both operations management and culinary leadership within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong business acumen with expertise in P&L management, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Hands-on culinary expertise and familiarity with recipe development and kitchen operations.
