About the position

The Director of Operations will lead operational strategies and drive efficiency across the organization while prioritizing patient care. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in operations management, project management, process improvement, and business development, ensuring effective healthcare service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for all operational aspects of the primary care group, including clinic management, patient flow, and service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources, including staffing, equipment, and facilities, to ensure optimal performance.
• Lead initiatives to improve the quality of care, patient safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost control measures to ensure financial sustainability.
• Recruit, train, and mentor staff to build a high-performing team that aligns with the organization's values and goals.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery and community health outcomes.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in healthcare operations, with a focus on primary care or outpatient services.
• Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and best practices.
• Proficiency in E-Clinical Works software.
