About the position

The Director of Operations at ArtiFlex Manufacturing is responsible for overseeing the Senior Management Staffing and ensuring the attainment of company goals. This role involves managing all plants at the Wooster Facility, deploying lean manufacturing initiatives, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The Director will also direct financial activities, manage production and distribution processes, and implement departmental policies to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Senior Management Staffing in the development and attainment of company goals.
• Support the Companies Safety Program.
• Manage all plants at the Wooster Facility.
• Deploy lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement strategies.
• Review financial statements and performance data to identify areas for cost reduction or improvement.
• Direct and manage production and distribution activities.
• Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, and objectives.
• Ensure adherence to ISO14001 & IATF quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience in a manufacturing automotive environment.
• Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing to all internal and external customers.
• Knowledge of working within a Union Facility.
• Experience in a Team-Based Culture - Servant Leadership.
• Knowledge of Large Class A Stampings and Assemblies.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with ISO14001 & IATF standards.
• Computer literacy.
