Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze sales trends, budgets, and financial performance.
• Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the company's goals and objectives.
• Oversee store layout, merchandising, and inventory to maximize sales.
• Drive business development initiatives to expand market reach and increase revenue.
• Prepare and submit regular fiscal reports to the Executive Director.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff and volunteers.
• Foster a team-oriented environment that aligns with the company's mission.

Requirements

• Proven experience in senior leadership roles, preferably as a Director of Operations or similar position.
• Strong background in operations management with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
• Experience in business development with a track record of successful negotiations.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of retail management or equivalent leadership experience in the retail field.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
• Bilingual (Spanish speaking) candidates are encouraged to apply.
