We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Director Of Operations to join our team and ensure the smooth running of our office operations. The Director Of Operations will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and operational tasks, ensuring that our office functions efficiently and effectively. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. The position is full-time and based in Reno, NV, with an 8-hour shift schedule, and may require overtime and weekend work as needed. In this role, the Director Of Operations will assist the Market Center Administrator (MCA) with financial management tasks, including receiving physical cash or check payments and maintaining records for month-end close. The position also involves handling licensing and onboarding processes for new agents, as well as offboarding for departing agents, ensuring compliance with Nevada Real Estate Division requirements. The Director Of Operations will coordinate events and meetings, creating PowerPoint presentations for team meetings, managing agent recognition posts, and organizing training calendars and classes. Administrative support is a key aspect of the role, which includes maintaining and creating policies and procedures, managing payroll verification, and overseeing time-off requests and records. Additionally, the Director will manage office operations, including property management, IT maintenance requests, and office supply orders, while also maintaining social media pages and compliance checklists. This position is integral to the overall success of the office, requiring a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and manage sensitive information with confidentiality. The role may evolve to include additional duties as required, making adaptability and a proactive approach essential.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Market Center Administrator (MCA) with financial management tasks.
  • Receive physical cash or check payments and keep physical records for month-end close.
  • Handle Nevada Real Estate Division licensing paperwork and entire onboarding process for new agents.
  • Manage offboarding process for departing agents, including licensing paperwork.
  • Create PowerPoints for team meetings and coordinate all events.
  • Manage agent recognition posts and welcome posts.
  • Organize training calendars, classes, and events, and schedule office events using Google Calendar.
  • Maintain and create policies and procedures, updating as necessary.
  • Provide Command assistance and manage printer drivers.
  • Handle payroll verification, new hire paperwork, terminations, and pay changes.
  • Manage time-off requests and records.
  • Manage property, printer, internet/phone/IT maintenance requests.
  • Order and maintain office supplies and maintain social media pages.
  • Perform license and SNR/MLS audits and maintain compliance checklists in Command.
  • Oversee Director of First Impressions and additional administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with real estate software such as Command.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
