About the position

The Director of Operations will oversee the operational strategy and performance for the St. Louis Region, focusing on financial management, team leadership, and strategic growth. This role requires extensive experience in managing field operations and P&L responsibilities, ensuring the effective execution of services while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall operational strategy and execution within the St. Louis Region.
• Accountable for the financial performance, including revenue growth, cost management, and profitability.
• Monitor budget adherence and analyze financial data to achieve financial targets.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and execute strategic plans for growth and expansion.
• Provide effective leadership to local teams, fostering a positive work environment.
• Recruit, train, develop, and evaluate field operations staff.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Establish policies that promote company culture, vision, and safety.
• Develop and implement strategic operational plans to achieve company goals.
• Continuously evaluate operational processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with laws and industry standards governing field services operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role overseeing operations at scale within the services industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing P&L for a business.
• Extensive experience in the field services sector or service-based industry.
• Strong understanding of operational efficiency, performance metrics, and financial analysis.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

• Associates or Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
