About the position

The Director of Outlets & Banquets at Hyatt Centric Park City is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel's Food & Beverage division, which includes managing the restaurant and banquet services. This role focuses on enhancing guest experiences, maximizing revenue, and ensuring high standards of service and staff development.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage division.
  • Resolve guest concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Schedule, coach, and counsel team members.
  • Maintain department standards and support staff development.
  • Conduct department meetings and pre-shifts for open communication.
  • Maximize food & beverage revenue and control expenses.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage management.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills.
  • Desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
