About the position
The Director of Outlets & Banquets at Hyatt Centric Park City is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel's Food & Beverage division, which includes managing the restaurant and banquet services. This role focuses on enhancing guest experiences, maximizing revenue, and ensuring high standards of service and staff development.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the Food & Beverage division.
- Resolve guest concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Schedule, coach, and counsel team members.
- Maintain department standards and support staff development.
- Conduct department meetings and pre-shifts for open communication.
- Maximize food & beverage revenue and control expenses.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage management.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Refined verbal and written communication skills.
- Desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
