About the position

The Director of Partner Marketing at Agility Recovery is responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with service providers and industry associations to enhance outreach and revenue generation in key vertical markets. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with leadership to create and execute a comprehensive partner marketing strategy.
  • Identify potential partners and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage co-branded marketing campaigns and joint initiatives with partners.
  • Align partner programs with sales goals to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead the development of partner marketing strategies tailored to key vertical industries.
  • Set KPIs for partner marketing initiatives and track performance for reporting to senior leadership.
  • Create partner enablement materials to support marketing and sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of joint initiatives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or business development, preferably in B2B technology, SaaS, or business continuity sectors.
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships that drive revenue and growth.
  • Strong understanding of vertical markets such as finance, healthcare, and IT.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with various internal teams.
  • Data-driven mindset focused on measuring and optimizing partner marketing programs.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
