About the position

The Director of Partners in Mission and Affordable Housing is a key leadership role responsible for fostering relationships with vendors and community organizations to support Presbyterian Senior Living (PSL) events and programs. This position involves collaboration with Executive Directors and management teams to identify new vendors and promote the benefits of the Partners program, as well as working with PSL's Affordable Housing communities to address specific needs through the program.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and community organizations that support PSL's mission.
• Market services and events to current and potential partners and coordinate with the director of special events.
• Maintain regular contacts with partners and potential partners.
• Represent the ORD program to the Affordable communities' leadership and residents.
• Travel extensively to meet with partners, potential partners, staff, and residents across PSL service areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field required.
• Five to ten years of relationship development experience, ideally in working with the elderly.
• Proven organization, multitasking, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
