About the position

The Director of Partnerships at Harri is responsible for strategic partnership development, including identifying, negotiating, and enabling new partners, as well as managing the partnership portfolio. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the Restaurant and HR Technology ecosystem, focusing on channel partnerships and driving business results. The position requires collaboration with various teams and is pivotal in sourcing and evaluating opportunities, bringing projects to market, and leading cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key member of the strategy and business development team to define and deliver on new areas of strategic growth potential within the Harri ecosystem.
  • Evaluate verticals and identify prospects for strategic partnerships through market research and sales collaboration.
  • Develop standard presentation materials for partnership opportunities.
  • Proactively seek out new revenue and partnership opportunities.
  • Identify and manage prospect pipelines for partners.
  • Create partner-level go-to-market campaigns in collaboration with strategy, sales, and marketing teams.
  • Lead negotiations and contract execution for partnership deals.
  • Act as the primary business representative at industry trade shows and networking events.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to analyze partnership initiatives.
  • Define and monitor KPIs for partners and provide analysis and recommendations.
  • Manage the ongoing portfolio of partnerships and coordinate new partner onboarding processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
  • 3-5+ years experience managing partnership programs.
  • Experience with Salesforce and other sales technologies.
  • History of exceeding targets.
  • Ability to travel on an as-needed basis.

Nice-to-haves

  • HCM Experience preferred but not required.
  • Hospitality/Service Industry Experience preferred but not required.
