About the position

The Director of Performance Marketing at Luxury Presence is responsible for leading the Client Marketing team, focusing on strategic leadership, client management, and fostering a performance-driven culture. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and expertise in performance marketing, particularly in Paid Media and SEO, to drive business growth and optimize marketing strategies for a diverse client base.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Client Marketing teams to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including Paid Media (PPC) and SEO.
  • Oversee marketing strategies for thousands of clients, partnering with product teams to deliver personalized and effective marketing solutions at scale.
  • Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Foster a culture focused on performance and results, setting clear goals and KPIs, and implementing strategies to meet and exceed these objectives.
  • Work closely with other departments, including Customer Success, Sales, and Product, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives and client needs.
  • Continuously explore and implement new strategies and technologies to improve campaign performance and efficiency.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong background in either Paid Media (PPC) or SEO (preferably both).
  • Proven experience managing a large portfolio of clients, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong ability to interpret and leverage data.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and motivating multiple teams in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, SEMrush, and others.
  • Intimately comfortable working in spreadsheets, pivot tables, etc.
