Responsibilities

  • Lead top-level digital marketing strategies to boost traffic and optimize operations across multiple e-commerce platforms.
  • Develop and refine a results-driven digital marketing agency, increasing revenue across all partner websites through innovative digital marketing campaigns.
  • Master the intricacies of SEO, SEM, CRO, and email marketing, continuously adjusting strategies to maximize conversions and ROI.
  • Implement comprehensive analytics and data reporting systems to track performance and guide decision-making.
  • Oversee the management of workflows, resource allocation, and technology deployment, ensuring operational efficiency in the agency model.
  • Build and lead a dynamic marketing team, fostering a culture of growth, performance, and strategic alignment with Lovingly's broader goals.
  • Utilize expertise in digital marketing to influence broader team strategies, ensuring seamless integration between marketing initiatives and website performance.

Requirements

  • Alignment with Lovingly's philosophy and code of ethics.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience in digital marketing within a dynamic, agency-style environment.
  • Deep understanding of SEO, PPC, CRO, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms necessary for executing high-level strategies across multiple e-commerce sites.
  • Strong capability in analytics and data interpretation, with experience setting up and utilizing tracking systems to monitor marketing metrics and performance.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience building and motivating a diverse marketing team.
  • Excellent strategic planning abilities, with a knack for developing scalable marketing strategies that enhance operational efficiencies and drive revenue growth.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Nice-to-haves

  • A Master's degree or professional certification in digital marketing or analytics is a plus.
