Responsibilities

• Manage the Maintenance Department in a healthcare setting.
• Ensure compliance with life safety systems and infection control practices.
• Oversee emergency preparedness standards according to The Agency of Health Care Administration (AHCA).
• Implement preventative maintenance programs for facility systems.
• Maintain knowledge of NFPA codes related to facility operations.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience managing a Maintenance Department in a healthcare setting.
• Basic knowledge of NFPA 25, 72, 99, 101, and 110 codes.
• 1-3 years of preventative maintenance experience.
• General knowledge of compressors, generators, HVAC, and various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
