About the position

Located in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, Sea Grove Recovery will provide substance use treatment for adults, as well as dual diagnosis treatment for adults with a co-occurring mental health disorder. The 41-bed facility is in a serene, wooded environment and is designed to maximize healing and meet the needs of every patient who attends treatment. Sea Grove offers a partial hospitalization program (PHP) that takes place for most of the day throughout the week with PHP lodging available. The program allows for those in our care to receive treatments and therapies throughout the day in an environment conducive to healing and a treatment plan built around their individual needs. In addition to the substance use program, Sea Grove Recovery is equipped to provide treatment to those with a substance use disorder and a co-occurring mental health disorder. Sea Grove Recovery is currently seeking a Director of Plant Operations to join our team. This position is responsible for the entire maintenance functions for the facility, including regular inspections of equipment, buildings, and grounds. This position has oversight of any contractors, sub-contractors, vendors, etc. that are hired for any construction or facility projects. The DPO ensures the facility meets regulatory safety codes and related staff training. This position also supervises the dietary and housekeeping staff. Responsibilities

  • Supervise dietary and housekeeping staff.

Requirements

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years general facility maintenance experience required.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare facility setting preferred.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Common math skills and ability to interpret drawings and graphs required.
  • Knowledge of OSHA and other regulatory standards required.
