About the position

The Director of Practice Operations at Insight Global is responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of outpatient programs and procedure labs across 16 sites. This leadership role involves managing Operations Managers and Supervisors, supervising Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and Nursing staff, and ensuring efficient clinical operations while acting as a liaison to the Patient Access Center. The position requires expertise in practice management and compliance with healthcare regulations, with a focus on improving patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations of outpatient programs and procedure labs across 16 sites.
• Manage and guide Operations Managers and Supervisors to ensure efficient clinical operations.
• Supervise APPs and Nursing staff, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Act as a liaison to the Patient Access Center to manage appointments according to established workflows.
• Ensure accuracy of templates, schedules, and visit types.
• Guide and educate managers on operational best practices.
• Lead customer service and patient satisfaction initiatives.
• Prepare monthly reports on issue resolution and performance management issues.
• Participate in process improvement efforts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in Operations Supervisory/Management in a Healthcare Setting
• Expertise with Epic functionality
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Financial management skills including mathematical concepts and calculations
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of medical equipment
