About the position

Carina is a not-for-profit technology organization founded in 2016 that operates an online home care 'matching' system. The system matches consumers who need home care services with home care workers who are seeking work. Carina works in partnership with labor unions, state and local governments, training organizations and other community organizations. Carina's platform has successfully helped thousands of home care providers increase their incomes and thousands of home care seekers access care, resulting in over 10,000,000 hours of in-home care delivered. Carina is entering a new growth phase, entering new markets in the home care space. We're growing and evolving Carina with a small team of experts in product design, cloud engineering, product management, partnering with marketing and customer success experts, and project managers that manage go-to-market. We are looking for a seasoned professional, mid-career or later, eager to drive product innovation at a transformative non-profit at the forefront of the rapidly expanding care economy-one of the most essential and undervalued sectors today. Join an inclusive, diverse, and dedicated team in a warm, caring environment with less than 10% turnover annually. We offer a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and a strong commitment to work-life balance.
