About the position

The position focuses on owning the customer journey from an engagement marketing perspective, aiming to enhance user registration, adoption, and conversion to paid plans. The role involves utilizing various communication channels to educate and engage customers, ultimately driving them to become paying subscribers. Key responsibilities include collaborating with product, sales, and marketing teams to launch experiments and campaigns that boost user adoption and retention, while analyzing and optimizing funnel performance.

Responsibilities

  • Own the customer journey from registration to conversion to a paid plan.
  • Utilize in-product communications, email marketing, and chat to engage customers.
  • Partner with the Product team to support features that drive self-serve business.
  • Develop and launch new product-based experiments and campaigns with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Analyze, test, and learn to optimize funnel performance.
  • Develop strategies to improve acquisition, conversion, expansion, reactivation, and retention.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in product management, technical product marketing, lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Experience in a GTM function driving revenue through Product Innovation.
  • Experience working in a startup environment (Series A, B, C, etc.).
  • Strong experience with subscription models and driving new customers.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling.
  • Ability to connect technical concepts with user value succinctly.
  • Experience working with Product Marketing, Engineering, and Sales teams.
  • A data-driven approach to business, justifying decisions using models and metrics.
  • Experience working with remote teams.
