About the position

As the Director of Product Management for Cloud Network Security at Palo Alto Networks, you will lead the product management team responsible for building and scaling the VM-Series product offering. This role involves defining the future of network security by addressing key customer problems and aligning product strategies with market trends. You will collaborate with various teams to develop product roadmaps, engage with customers and stakeholders, and ensure high-quality product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Product Management team for Cloud Network Security.
• Collaborate with PM leadership to develop vision, product strategy, and technology requirements based on market and customer needs.
• Work cross-functionally with NGFW, Cloud Delivered Shared Services, and SASE teams to implement the platformization strategy.
• Develop, manage, and communicate the product roadmap to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering to solve problems and deliver high-quality products.
• Engage with the product marketing team to create compelling messaging and sales tools.
• Work with NPI, certification, professional services, support, and education teams to ensure product coverage.
• Drive product pricing and go-to-market decisions.

Requirements

• BS/MS or equivalent experience or equivalent military experience required.
• 8+ years in product management with at least 3 years in a lead/management role.
• Experience with cloud and networking enterprise products/platforms is required.
• Experience with network security is highly desirable.
• Experience in building AI/ML powered solutions for an enterprise platform is a big plus.
• Very strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for leading and contributing to cross-functional teams.
• Experience in fast-paced environments with overlapping projects/deliverables.
• Proven track record in leading focused product management teams.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
