Responsibilities

• Define the product roadmap for key digital experiences used by millions of customers.
• Craft features and solutions that enhance home retail experiences.
• Achieve business outcomes by setting and steering business targets.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive high-value product outcomes.
• Develop and nurture a talented product management team.
• Manage feature backlogs, project schedules, and ensure timely delivery.
• Conduct market analysis to inform product strategy and stay competitive.
• Communicate effectively at multiple organizational levels.

Requirements

• MBA (preferred) and bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 6+ years of software product management experience.
• 2+ years managing other product managers.
• Experience developing consumer web and/or mobile apps in an agile SDLC.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of data-driven decision making.
• Functional SQL skills are a plus.

• Experience in retail e-commerce businesses.
• Knowledge or direct experience in the home furnishing market.
