About the position

Truveta was born in the Pacific Northwest, but we have employees who live across the country. Our team enjoys the flexibility of a hybrid model and working from anywhere. In person attendance is required for one week during the year for Truveta Planning Week. For overall team productivity, we optimize meeting hours in the pacific time zone. We avoid scheduling recurring meetings that start after 3pm PT, however, ad hoc meetings occur between 8am-6pm Pacific time.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the roadmap and business objectives for one or more domains within the Truveta Data product portfolio.
  • Understand the scientific research needs of customers and how Truveta Data offerings should evolve to meet those needs.
  • Focus on Truveta's third-party data enrichment strategy and accelerate the ability to meet and exceed customer needs.
  • Work across stakeholders to build, own, and execute key parts of the strategic roadmap for Truveta Data.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of leading product management with a proven record of conceiving, developing, and launching successful large-scale data products.
  • Strong technical acumen with a deep understanding of big data ecosystems and advanced analytics.
  • Willingness and ability to dive into the details and get hands-on with data and systems.
  • Understanding of real-world data (RWD) in healthcare and its clinical research applications.
  • Familiarity with the RWD marketplace for data such as open claims, closed claims, lab results, etc.
  • Proficiency in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Able to work with teams on west coast hours.

  • Base pay range of $181,000 to $250,000 based on several factors including location and experience.
