About the position
As the Director of Product Management for Enterprise AI Systems and Solutions Framework, your mission will be to define and execute the product vision for our enterprise-grade AI framework. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, to create robust specifications, address user pain points, and ensure successful adoption of our AI solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the unique needs of enterprise customers, emphasizing manageability, security, and privacy. You will translate high-level product vision into actionable requirements for engineering teams, ensuring alignment between product specifications and technical implementation. In this position, you will collaborate with stakeholders to define detailed product specifications for our AI systems and solutions. You will work closely with engineering teams to execute the product plan, driving scoping, analysis, and understanding interdependencies. Your role will involve providing clear guidance on feature development, prioritization, and trade-offs between business and customer priorities to meet strategic needs. You will also advocate for user experience improvements throughout the development process, putting on your "user hat" to deeply understand pain points faced by developers, data scientists, and IT professionals using our AI platform. Driving successful adoption of our AI solutions within enterprise environments will be a key responsibility. You will collaborate with sales and marketing teams to communicate the value proposition of our products and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to adoption, usage, and customer satisfaction. Staying informed about emerging trends in enterprise AI, you will mentor and provide thought leadership on systems and solutions frameworks, identifying opportunities for innovation, differentiation, and competitive advantage. Your work with architecture teams will create reference systems that showcase best practices, ultimately shaping the future of enterprise AI and driving customer success.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Business).
- 10 years of overall experience in relevant fields.
- 8 years of experience in AI technologies, software development methodologies, and agile practices.
- At least 6 years of experience in product management, preferably in enterprise AI-related domains.
