About the position

The Director of Product Management for the HRIS Platform at Rippling is responsible for leading the strategy and execution of the HRIS product area. This role involves overseeing the development and enhancement of the HRIS platform, ensuring it meets the needs of larger organizations and supports global expansion. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive product development and maintain a high-quality user experience across various industries.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall strategy and execution for the HRIS product, platform, and global expansion teams.
• Build out capabilities in the HRIS that allow for flexibility and controls required by larger organizations.
• Prioritize enhancements to the platform to ensure seamless data updates to a growing number of downstream systems.
• Drive the country expansion roadmap for Global HRIS and EOR, ensuring consistent user experience across different countries.
• Ensure the core Rippling system meets the needs of various industries, including those with high proportions of deskless workers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, legal, and compliance, to ensure successful product development and launch.
• Communicate with key stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure the product meets their needs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Self-starter with a bias towards action
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong technical and data skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong alignment with leadership principles.
