About the position

Join Twilio as our next Director of Product Management on Twilio's Phone Numbers team. This position is needed to develop and deliver on the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Twilio's Onboarding and Compliance products. You will lead a team of product managers to build products that solve challenges related to fraud and spam prevention at a global scale. Your responsibilities will include collaborating cross-functionally, managing a global team of product managers, and driving the strategy and roadmap of Twilio's KYT platform. In this role, you will develop and drive the strategy and roadmap of Twilio's KYT platform, taking into account global growth strategy, compliance needs, and scalable operations. You will collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Legal, and Communications Product teams to build innovative capabilities to monitor, detect, prevent, and block unwanted traffic. As the voice of stakeholders, you will ensure a balanced approach in supporting business growth while managing a global team of product managers and mentoring them to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive the strategy and roadmap of Twilio's KYT platform, considering global growth strategy, compliance needs, and scalable operations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with GTM, Legal, and Communications Product teams.
  • Build innovative capabilities to monitor, detect, prevent, and block unwanted traffic.
  • Be the voice of stakeholders and ensure a balanced approach in supporting business growth.
  • Manage a global team of product managers and mentor them.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10+ years of Product Management or related experience.
  • 3+ years of experience managing Product Managers.
  • Experience with technical, multi-workstream product launches.
  • Comfort in risk-based decision making, data-driven analysis, and navigating through ambiguous situations.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to distill complex concepts.
  • Experience building highly leveraged products.
  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
