About the position
The Director of Product Management for Mobile Platforms at Workday is responsible for developing and executing the mobile developer platform capabilities to enhance the next generation of mobile applications. This role involves leading a team of product managers and collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver impactful mobile features efficiently and effectively, ensuring high customer satisfaction and product adoption.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute on developer platform capabilities for mobile apps.
- Lead a team of product managers to drive product strategy and execution.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, user experience, and business line product managers.
- Ensure delivery at scale for the Workday product suite.
- Drive customer, user, and partner satisfaction along with product adoption and growth.
Requirements
- 9+ years of people leadership experience, with at least 5 years as a people manager.
- 12+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager, with at least 2 years in mobile.
