About the position

As a Director of Product Management at Honeywell, you will hold a senior leadership position responsible for driving customer discovery, New Product Development (NPD) execution, and New Product Introduction (NPI) acceleration in your region. Your role will be crucial in shaping the product strategy and roadmap for CCA Propulsion, understanding customer needs, and developing a business case that leads to successful product launches. Additionally, as a people leader, you will play a key role in developing and supporting your teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive NPI strategy aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team responsible for NPI initiatives, including product managers, engineers, designers, and marketers.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive threats.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches and feature enhancements.
  • Lead the development of product roadmaps for NPI initiatives, outlining key milestones, features, and enhancements to be delivered over time.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Monitor key performance metrics for NPI initiatives, including revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive innovation within the NPI process by identifying new market opportunities, emerging technologies, and customer needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management or related roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven track record in customer discovery, NPD execution, and NPI acceleration.
  • Experience in developing business case financials and creating offering roadmaps.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
