About the position

The Director of Product Management for the Platform at Rippling is responsible for overseeing multiple product teams and driving product initiatives that integrate HR, IT, Finance, and third-party applications into a unified platform. This role focuses on building a world-class platform that serves both internal product teams and end users, ensuring a seamless and intuitive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the product function for a significant part of the Rippling Platform and manage 3-4 Product Leads.
  • Uncover product opportunities for the platform to deliver exceptional value to its applications and end customers.
  • Engage in hands-on work to drive select product initiatives and ensure a simple, intuitive customer experience.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, marketing, and customer-facing teams to design an extensible system that meets evolving needs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of Product Management experience.
  • Self-starter with a bias towards action and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to understand complexity and transform it into simple user experiences.
  • Deep technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
