About The Position

This position is a hybrid role with locations that include Washington DC, Fredericksburg, VA, San Jose/San Francisco, CA, Seattle WA. The ideal applicant would be skilled in managing large programs/initiatives, would be highly technical and drive the sales experience. We are looking for a committed, experienced, and energetic individual to join our growing product team. This is a collaborative leadership role accountable for program management and focused on improving and building the best-in-class sales experience. In this position you will be a single threaded owner working across stakeholders within technology, business, product management and design to help build and execute. A strong understanding of front-end experience, capabilities, and downstream services that support everyday sales needs across all channels and insurance product offerings. Demonstrate the ability to roll up your sleeves and dig deep while influencing organizational change through proper scoping, process improvements and positive team culture.
