About the position

Salesforce is seeking a Director of Product Management for its Core CRM Platform, focusing on building and rolling out advanced cloud infrastructure products. This role requires a leader with a passion for customer-centric solutions and extensive experience in cloud application platforms and infrastructure, particularly in guiding large enterprises through their transition to public cloud services.

Responsibilities

• Develop vision and multi-year strategy for product line
• Drive critical cloud engineering capabilities from concept to customer
• Innovate by applying best practices to Cloud Managed Services
• Partner with customers to reduce friction in their transition to public cloud
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, user stories, and prototypes
• Serve as a product manager on scrum teams and work with engineers to deliver quality products on time
• Engage with customers and partners to deliver roadmap updates and gather product feedback
• Represent Salesforce as a domain and product expert at customer interactions and industry events
• Partner with Salesforce product clouds to ensure all services are available on Core in Hyperforce.

Requirements

• A technical degree required
• 10+ years minimum of Product Management or similar experience
• Specialization in cloud engineering fields
• Top-notch written and oral communication skills
• Experience presenting to executive leadership and participating in the sales cycle
• Experience working in and delivering products in an agile/lean environment
• Demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming product requirements into actionable roadmaps
• Strong user experience/design sense with a record of building great products
• Exceptional collaboration skills.
