About the position

As the Director of Product Management at Arkose Labs, you will lead the development and success of our products, guiding the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch. Your strategic vision and leadership will be crucial in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality products that drive business growth, particularly in the areas of Cloud Security and BOT Management.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of the complete concept-to-launch product lifecycle.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and business goals to shape product strategy.
• Define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to secure buy-in for product initiatives.
• Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into actionable development plans.
• Lead a team of product managers, providing mentorship and guidance.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute product releases.
• Define and track key product performance metrics post-launch.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Familiarity with Cloud Security, BOT Management, Account Fraud, and Consumer Identity domain.
• Proven track record of delivering successful products to the market.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
• Solid project management skills to coordinate and manage multiple projects.
• Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.
• Proficiency in using data and analytics to inform product decisions.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in cybersecurity or fraud prevention industries.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning technologies.
