About the position

As the Director of Product Management, you will lead the product vision and strategy focused on growth and retention for vacation rental owners using Evolve's platform. This role involves managing a team of Principal and Senior Product Managers, defining product strategies, and ensuring the end-to-end experience for users. You will be responsible for scaling the business, launching new products, and driving adoption while balancing short-term wins with long-term strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Create a product vision for assigned areas of product and develop strategies to achieve that vision.
• Build and manage teams of Principal and Senior Product Managers, ensuring effective support for all stakeholders in the Evolve marketplace.
• Instill product management best practices throughout the product organization, fostering a culture of learning and career development.
• Create frameworks to prioritize high-impact initiatives and ensure product roadmaps deliver business value and impact company KPIs.
• Stay close to the details to ensure teams execute quickly and help remove blockers as they arise.
• Collaborate with leadership on process and organizational improvements for high-quality, on-time execution of the product roadmap.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• 5+ years of experience managing a high-functioning product management team.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to build cross-functional partnerships with technical and support teams.
• Proven ability to drive data-informed decision-making using stakeholder input, qualitative user research, and analytics.
• Ability to evaluate trade-offs among competing priorities and maintain focus on overall business priorities.
• Familiarity with a wide range of product management tools and services.

Benefits

• Salary range of $200,000 to $240,000 based on relevant experience.
