As the Director of Product Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our product strategy, driving innovation, and leading a talented team of product managers. Your expertise will be critical in delivering exceptional value to our customers. You will be part of our Engineering, Product, Innovation, and Cloud teams (EPIC), which are the driving force behind our cutting-edge technology. These teams are dedicated to delivering best-in-class solutions that transform how our customers work. In this role, you will conduct regular and thorough market research around industry trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies. You will also engage in buyer and customer interviews to inform product decisions and identify growth opportunities. Your responsibilities will include developing, communicating, and executing a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with business goals while balancing customer needs, market trends, and technical feasibility. You will ensure that our plans create the most compelling business solutions while maintaining competitive positioning in the market. You will drive end-to-end customer value delivery, from feature conception to launch and adoption, while translating product strategy into detailed requirements for cross-functional teams. Leading these teams, you will make data-driven decisions to manage dependencies and prioritize product features, enhancements, backlog items, and bug fixes. Additionally, you will define and regularly track performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product successes and failures, partnering with sales, services, support, marketing, and readiness organizations to drive visibility and performance monitoring for our SaaS applications. As a leader, you will mentor and guide product managers and cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth. You will collaborate with Suite product leaders to align product goals with overall company objectives and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is an accomplished, high-energy, collaborative leader with a proven track record in SaaS software companies, capable of engaging in both functional and strategic discussions.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 6 to 10+ years in a SaaS product management or business strategy role.
  • Experience in shaping cohesive, engaging product experiences.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, data-driven problem solver and decision maker.
  • Ability to influence and execute product strategy through portfolio roadmaps.
  • Experience in collaborating with other business units to build iterative solutions.
