Airwallex is seeking a Director of Product Marketing to lead a high-performing global Product Marketing team focused on our Business Account, Spend Management, and Treasury solutions. This role reports to the VP of Global Marketing and is pivotal in shaping the Airwallex value proposition for these product lines. The successful candidate will leverage customer and competitor insights to evolve our messaging as we launch new products and features, ensuring effective communication to prospects, partners, and customers. The Director will be responsible for building Product Marketing as a global discipline at Airwallex, which includes hiring top-class Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) and establishing a high-functioning team. A deep understanding of audience segments and customer personas is essential, as is the ability to adapt our core product and commercial messaging accordingly. The role also involves developing and owning a playbook for driving adoption of new products and features, collaborating closely with colleagues across Marketing and Sales. Additionally, the Director will create collateral and enablement materials to assist our commercial teams in articulating our differentiated value. The position requires surfacing customer and competitor insights to enrich our understanding of the Airwallex product and our buyer personas. The Director will actively contribute to projects related to pricing and bundling, crafting value-based narratives, and driving adoption of premium tiers. This is a senior hire on the Global Marketing team, and we are looking for a resourceful, creative go-getter eager to help shape the next phase of our growth.
