About the position

The Public Relations role at ServiceNow is a strategic position focused on driving coverage of the company's innovative workflows and product solutions, particularly the Now Platform and GenAI offerings. The successful candidate will manage a team of PR professionals and collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance the company's brand reputation and engagement with key audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product PR strategy across ServiceNow workflows and the Now Platform.
  • Collaborate across communications functions to design and implement cohesive announcement and launch plans.
  • Manage, inspire, and grow a team of talented PR professionals.
  • Build and maintain strong media relationships across tech, business, and vertical press.
  • Craft and drive compelling narratives around product innovation and customer success.
  • Partner closely with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to align on go-to-market initiatives.
  • Provide strategic PR guidance to senior executives on product-related communications.
  • Track and analyze PR campaign performance and media coverage.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in communications, PR, or media relations, with a focus on technology products, platforms, or AI.
  • Proven experience leading and growing high-performing PR teams.
  • Knowledge and experience in multiple communications disciplines.
  • Extensive network of relationships with top-tier media outlets and journalists.
  • Exceptional ability to craft and tell stories that communicate product innovation and business value.
  • Comfortable working with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Deep understanding of current tech trends, particularly in AI and cloud computing.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in SaaS preferred.
  • Skilled at pitching stories and securing coverage in a competitive landscape.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Ability to influence without direct authority.
