About the position

The Director of Professional Services for Water Management Products Installation is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the installation and integration of water management solutions. This position focuses on driving customer satisfaction and operational excellence through strategic leadership, team management, and project oversight.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Professional Services team, aligning initiatives with company objectives and industry trends.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of project managers, technicians, and support staff to deliver high-quality installation services.
  • Manage all aspects of water management installation projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for escalated issues.
  • Identify and implement best practices and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
  • Develop and oversee the budget for the Professional Services department, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost management.
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance team members' skills related to water management technologies and safety training.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and installation services.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze project outcomes to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the water management or environmental services sectors.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams.
  • Strong understanding of water management products, installation techniques, and industry standards.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
