About The Position
The Director of Programs at WEAVE Inc. is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing and directing the organization's direct services and programs aimed at supporting survivors of sexual assault, domestic violence, and sex trafficking. This position collaborates closely with the Chief Operating Officer and other senior leaders to ensure that services are survivor-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive. The Director will supervise program managers, foster community partnerships, and lead program evaluation and improvement efforts to meet the evolving needs of survivors.
