About the position

Sun River Health is seeking a full-time Director of Project Management for Value-Based Care to join our team remotely. This position is crucial for monitoring and enhancing Sun River Health's performance in our value-based payment contracts, particularly with MVP. The Director will ensure that our Value Transformation process aligns strategically across various organizational landscapes, including coordination with other value-driven initiatives such as the Community Health Center Excellence and Coleman Associates processes. The role involves leveraging data for ongoing performance management within our value-based payment contracts, starting with MVP and MSSP. The Director will identify opportunities for performance and process improvements within these arrangements and will support the design, implementation, and monitoring of Quality Improvement (QI) projects. Additionally, the Director will monitor the rollout of Sun River Health's Value Transformation Implementation Plan and perform all necessary quality assurance functions to ensure compliance with key regulatory agencies related to project implementation. Participation in project management meetings, developing project plans, and generating reports based on assigned projects are essential functions of this role. The Director will also provide project management support for key Sun River initiatives, ensuring that all projects align with the organization's mission to provide high-quality, comprehensive health services to underserved communities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Sun River Health's performance in value-based payment contracts, particularly with MVP.
• Ensure strategic alignment of the Value Transformation process across organizational landscapes.
• Coordinate with other value-driven and process improvement initiatives.
• Leverage data for ongoing performance management within value-based payment contracts.
• Identify opportunities for performance and process improvements and support QI project design and implementation.
• Monitor the rollout of the Value Transformation Implementation Plan and perform quality assurance functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule forms.
• Effective presentation skills to respond to questions from managers, clients, and the public.
• Strong writing skills for reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Problem-solving skills to deal with practical problems and concrete variables.
• Ability to perform calculations involving discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, and governmental regulations.
• Access and analyze data and metrics for project development, design, and implementation.
