Responsibilities

• Monitor Sun River Health's performance in value-based payment contracts.
• Ensure strategic alignment of the Value Transformation process across organizational landscapes.
• Leverage data for ongoing performance management within value-based payment contracts.
• Identify opportunities for performance and process improvements and support QI project design and implementation.
• Monitor the roll-out of the Value Transformation Implementation Plan and perform quality assurance functions.
• Support compliance with key regulatory agencies related to project implementation.
• Participate in project management meetings and develop project plans and reports.
• Provide project management support for key Sun River initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred.
• Ability to interpret various forms of instructions and present information effectively.
• Strong writing skills for reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Problem-solving skills to deal with practical issues and concrete variables.
• Ability to perform calculations related to project metrics and financial figures.
• Proficient in reading and analyzing business periodicals, professional journals, and regulations.
• Experience in accessing and analyzing data for project development.
