PSEG is embarking on the development of a new, state of the art, headquarters building in Newark, New Jersey. This project will allow PSEG to reimagine the experience of employees, customers, and the community through strategic investment of ~$500M in a new, purpose-built Enterprise headquarters. The New Newark Program will consist of 5 key phases: Programming, Developer/Builder Selection, Design, Build, Decommissioning of 80 Park Plaza, transition into the new HQ, relocation of PSE&G Critical Infrastructure (IT Data Center, ESOC/GSOC, Trading Generation Services, etc.) to the new location or another site over the course of the next 5 years. The Program PMO Director will lead the day-to-day operations of the New Newark development project through all phases. This role will involve leading a Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure that all project requirements are met, aligned, and executed upon. The successful candidate will act as the primary liaison between various workstreams groups and cross-organizational stakeholders to drive project success.
